We want to be completely open and transparent and hope you can understand our situation.
Returns are expensive and pose an enormous challenge for us as a young company. Unfortunately, it is therefore not possible for us to cover the full costs of returning your items.
Postage with the shipping service provider, our returns system, and the effort in logistics (processing the return, preparing the returned items, and restocking the goods) are all costs incurred in connection with a return.
To compensate for at least a part of these costs, we therefore retain the following amounts from the refund for a return:
- Germany: 5€
- Austria: 8€
- Italy: 10€
- Switzerland: 15€

Here's how it works
1. Open the returns portal
2. Enter your 6-digit order number. You can find this in your order confirmation email.
3. Select the products you wish to return.
4. Pack your items carefully - you are welcome to use the original packaging for this.
5. Print the label and take the package to the nearest parcel shop.
6. After receiving your return, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days.
Please note our return period of 14 days after receipt of the order. We ask for your understanding that we can only accept goods in their original condition (unworn & unwashed).
