There are two versions:
- Large backpack: Capacity 20–25 liters, weight 830 g
- Small backpack: Particularly light at only 700 g
What material are the backpacks made of?
Both versions are made from recycled Cordura® Nylon, a particularly durable and long-lasting material.
Are the backpacks waterproof?
The backpacks are water-repellent, thanks to the PFC-free DWR coating. In addition, the outer zippers are waterproof, so your equipment is protected from light rain. However, if it rains more heavily, our Hans backpack includes an extra rain cover.
How much does the backpack hold?
- Large backpack: 20–25 liters, multiple functions, expandable from 43 cm to 67 cm (29l)
- Small backpack: 30 liters, fewer functions, more compact and lighter for everyday use
What activities is the backpack suitable for?
The small backpack is ideal for day hikes, city trips, and everyday use.
The large backpack is also suitable for trekking, longer tours, and outdoor adventures.
Is the backpack suitable for air travel?
With its compact dimensions, the backpack meets most carry-on requirements. Please check your airline's specific guidelines.
Is the backpack sustainably produced?
Yes, the Cordura® nylon used is recycled, and the water-repellent DWR coating is PFC-free, which is more environmentally friendly than conventional waterproofing agents.
