We want to be completely open and transparent and hope you can understand our situation.
Returns are expensive and pose an enormous challenge for us. Unfortunately, it is therefore not possible for us to cover the full cost of returning your items.
Shipping, the returns system, postage with the carrier, inspection, preparation and restocking – a single return involves more effort and cost than you might think.
To compensate for at least part of these costs, we deduct the following amounts from the refund for a return:
- Germany: €5
- Austria: €8
- Italy: €10
- Switzerland: €15
- Sweden: 100 kr
Would you rather exchange your item? No problem – exchanges are free of charge for you.

Here's how it works
1. Open the returns portal
2. Enter your 6-digit order number. You can find it in your order confirmation email.
3. Select the products you would like to return or exchange.
4. Pack your items carefully – you are welcome to use the original packaging.
5. Print the label and take the parcel to your nearest parcel shop.
6. Once we have received your return, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days.
Please note our return period of 14 days after receipt of your order. Please understand that we can only accept goods in their original condition (unworn & unwashed).
